The conclusion: Of course not... how absurd. No amount of slang that long would even begin to do what you are suggesting. The slang would have to be so long and cumbersome that it wouldn't be considered slang at all anymore and more of a run-on sentence. So no... no slang will keep him young and Huy Dang will be 19 during his next birthday.
