I sure have. I beleive that jeff is using a hair growth drug to make his hair extra long and greasy. Is jeff using drugs for his hair? and also, why is it than when you touch jeffs hair its as if you have just eaten mcdonalds? The conclusion: Well, here's the deal... you see, Jeff isn't using drugs, per say... in his hair... you see, it actually IS McDonald's. He takes the McDonald's food he buys, mashes it all up and forms it into his longer, greasy hair. I think he does this because of his concentration problem.
